PURCHASE

$10,000 + shipping & taxes

To be part of the DCARB network and trade as an approved DCARB location, a small fee per clean of $25 is payable to DCARB. Included in this fee is our proprietary cleaning additive, pre-mixed KOH solution and our indicator fluid along with various POS marketing material and website listing. $1,000 of the purchase price is credited towards these fees.

LEASE

We have two leasing companies we can refer you to. The figures below are approximate payments, you will need to contact the leasing company directly.

  • 24 Months: $457 per month
  • 36 Months: $318 per month
  • 48 Months: $249 per month
  • 60 Months: $208 per month

REVENUE SHARE PROGRAM “RSP”

 

$2,000 Deposit Required

DCARB receives $40 per DCARB clean, minimum 20 cleans per month. $800 minimum monthly payments.

After 20 cleans, remainder of month is charged at $25 per clean.

All RSP figures above include the right to trade as an approved DCARB location and includes our proprietary cleaning additive, pre-mixed KOH solution and our indicator fluid along with various POS marketing material and website listing.

Income / Return

Hydrogen carbon removal market pricing is on average $180 for passenger vehicles and $400 for trucks per service. Therefore, if you were to take the 48-month lease option ($249 per month) you would need to complete 1-2 DCARB services per month to break even.

Operation Costs

This is probably the most attractive part of this business model. Its takes less than 5 minutes to set up and have the vehicle running. Technicians do not have to operate the machine, simply be near it completing other tasks. Power wise, it uses approximately $0.40 / Hour to operate (or $0.20 per service).

So, it’s exceptionally cheap to own and operate.

Likely business case for Small Automotive Repairer:

Let’s say your company services only 6 cars per day (low number), 20 working days in the month (again a low number). This is 120 cars per month. For this example, lets assume that only 10% will take the service (remember, sales and marketing material will be provided), that's 12 cars per month.

Let’s assume you're charging the lower end of the market pricing at $150 / service. That's now $1,800 / month.

Own unit: $1,800 - $300 (12 cleans X $25 DCARB fee) = $1,500 ($18,000 / year)

Lease (48 months): $1,800 - $300 (DCARB fee) - $249 (lease) = $1,251 ($15,012 / year)

Revenue Share: $1,800 - $800 (DCARB fee (min 20 cleans)) = $1,000 ($12,000 / year)

Likely business case for mid-size Automotive Repairer:

Keep in mind a service takes less than 40 minutes and you can DCARB 2 cars at a time.

Let’s now assume you promote the DCARB service and complete 2 cleans per day over 23 working days (46 cleans per month) at again the discounted rate of $150.

Owner of unit: $6,900 - $1,150 (46 cleans X $25 DCARB fee) = $5,750 ($69,000/ year)

Lease (48 months): $6,900 - $1,150 (DCARB) - $249 (lease) = $5,501 ($66,012 / year)

Revenue Share: $6,900 - $1450 (DCARB 20 x $40 & 26 x $25) = $5,450 ($65,400 / year)
